Encompassing nearly an acre of lush land, our sanctuary is conveniently situated just a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride away from the renowned Kabalana beach. Our haven offers a perfect immersion, with open-air spaces, inviting nooks, dedicated yoga spaces, verdant gardens, and abundant foliage, creating an atmosphere of natural beauty and tranquillity. GUEST GUIDE | SYNGERY YOGA
Synergy Yoga, a fusion of traditional Hatha, physiotherapy, and elements from Qi Gong, is Marilena's speciality. Her teaching philosophy is centred around making yoga inclusive and safe for all practitioners. Marilena's classes are a testament to the ease and fluidity of yoga practice, allowing the body to move actively and gracefully, akin to a dance on the mat.
