Hi, I’m Varsana.
I am an Irish Yoga and Pilates teacher based in the beautiful city of Bristol. My first introduction to yoga came through the Bhakti tradition, with mantra and kirtan being a big part of my childhood, with many aspects of which continue to be the foundation of my practice today.
I’ve completed training that spans various disciplines, including Hatha, vinyasa, restorative, yin, pilates, mantra, and embodied somatic practices. My thirst for travel and genuine desire to learn more about yoga, and all its components, have led me to training's in India, Sri Lanka, the UK and Ireland, completing over 500hrs of training and mat pilates.
I take a holistic and heart-led approach, encouraging a shift from 'doing' to 'being' and always welcome you to show up exactly as you are. Regardless of the style, classes always aim to leave you feeling empowered and more connected to you.
A non-judgmental environment that allows you to feel seen, supported and safe to explore and embody your true essence is always the intention.
